The Company was informed yesterday that as part of the placing of new Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") announced on 27 July 2009, Mark Dixon acquired 800,000 new Ordinary Shares. As a result of this transaction, Mr. Dixon is now beneficially interested in 11,100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.29% of the Company's total issued share capital.
