As a result of the sale, Apax Partners Ltd are nowinterested in 3,140,000 ordinary shares representing 3.42% of the issued sharecapital of the Company. These shares are beneficially held for Apax UK V-A, L.P,and Apax UK-B. The issued ordinary share capital of the Company is 91,926,924 ordinary sharesof 0.5 pence each.
