10 June 2010 Garner plc ("Garner" or the "Company") Holdings in Company

The Company announces, following notification received today, that Mr J.R. Sharma has disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and has transferred 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares to his wife, Mrs Charlotte Sharma. Mr Sharma is now beneficially interested in 3,697,000 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company, equivalent to 4.92 per cent. of the voting share capital of Garner.
