Holding in the Company
Rotala plc (AIM:ROL), an operator of bus routes in the UK for businesses, local authorities and the general public, announced earlier today that it had purchased 268,912 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company to be held in treasury.
Following settlement of the above transaction, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 50,924,918 Ordinary Shares, including 1,664,088 Ordinary Shares held in treasury.
As a consequence, the beneficial interests of Robert Dunn, an Executive Director, comprising 2,470,676 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company, equate to approximately 5.02% of the total issued share capital of Rotala.
