Porta Communications Plc, the AIM quoted international marketing and communications business, announces that on 19 June 2014 it received notification that on that day, Mr Gary Wyatt purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this purchase, Mr Gary Wyatt is beneficially interested in 8,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.50 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
