London, 3 April 2009 - The Company was notified on 3 April 2009 that on 1 April 2009, Artemis Investment Management Limited and certain of its affiliates had holdings in the Company of 18,647,885 ordinary shares, representing 4.69 per cent of the total voting rights attached to the issued share capital of the Company, being 397,767,219 ordinary shares.
