The Company announces that it received notification that following an acquisition of ordinary shares of 0.04p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 April, 2009, Barclays plc, through the legal entities Barclays Stockbrokers Ltd and Gerrard Investment Management Ltd, has an indirect interest in 69,104,043 Ordinary Shares which represents 11.06% of the current voting rights of the Company.
