Falcon Acquisitions Limited has received notification from each of Volant Capital Limited and GSC SICAV plc confirming their respective interests in Falcon ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") as detailed in the Prospectus published on 13 January 2016.

GSC SICAV plc has an interest in 4,375,100 Ordinary Shares representing 21.47% of the Company's issued share capital.

Volant Capital Ltd has an interest in 3,525,000 Ordinary Shares representing 17.30% of the Company's issued share capital.
