Red24 was informed on the 10th March that, between 16th February and 4th March 2009, Mr J M Brigg had purchased 655,000 ordinary shares in the company. The purchase increases his holding in the Company to 6,653,568 ordinary shares, representing 15.33% of the Company's issued share capital of which, 9.2% is held by EMIS International Business Ltd, a company wholly owned by Mr Brigg.
