The announcement remains the same in all otherrespects. The full text of the amended announcement is set out below: The Company was notified on 27 March 2006 that, following acquisitions, FidelityInternational Limited ("FIL") and its direct and indirect subsidiaries now hold17,417,486 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company,representing approximately 9.75% of the Company's issued share capital.
