PowerHouse Energy Group plc announces that the Company was informed yesterday that following a purchase of ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”), Mr. P. Warwick now holds 37,828,170 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 8.61% of the issued share capital of the Company.
