DQ Entertainment plc (AIM:DQE), a global entertainment production and distribution company focused on children's and family animation content, announces that the Company was notified on 6 February 2015 that Mackenzie Financial Corporation disposed of 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 4 February 2015. Following this disposal, Mackenzie Financial Corporation holds 2,175,000 Ordinary Shares as an investment manager, which represents 3.87% of the voting rights in the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
