Churchill China PLC31 May 2005 Churchill China plc Holding in Company In accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985, as amended,the Company was advised on Friday 27 May 2005 that on the same day LandfinanceLimited had purchased 160,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing 1.5% ofthe issued ordinary share capital of the Company. Following this purchaseLandfinance Limited now hold 710,000 ordinary shares of 10p each, representingapproximately 6.5% of the issued ordinary share capital.
