St Helen's Capital yesterday received notification from Maven Capital Partners ("Maven") that, following the acquisition of 1,837,636 ordinary shares of 5.0p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing approximately 4.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital (the "Issued Ordinary Share Capital"), on 21 October 2009, Maven is now interested in 3,862,686 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 9.1 per cent. of the Company's entire Issued Ordinary Share Capital.
