The Board of Brady, the natural resources focused investment company, was informed today that, following purchases of 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 27 March 2013 at an average price of 1.04p and 400,000 Ordinary Shares today at an average price of 1.05p, Charles Hall has a beneficial interest in 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 4.85 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
