The Weather Lottery PLC, the AIM listed lottery operator, was informed on 03 July 2012 that Mr Cormac Crawford has purchased a further 6,320,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in TWL ("Ordinary Shares").
Following this purchase, Mr Crawford now holds 23,786,466 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.39% of TWL's issued share capital.
