Oxus Gold announces that it was notified yesterday that Mr. A. F. Gibbons has sold 704,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and that his resultant shareholding is 41,388,132 Ordinary Shares. In conjunction with the increases in share capital of Oxus Gold, Mr. Gibbons' shareholding now represents approximately 5.85 per cent. of the issued share capital.
