Hightex, a leading systems engineering company, which designs, fabricates and installs large area, cable supported, lightweight membrane roofs and façades worldwide, was notified on 15 December 2011 that Bronsstadet AB Union Discount Company of London Ltd no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's issued share capital and total voting rights.
The principal beneficiary of Bronsstadet AB Union Discount Company of London Ltd is Mr Peter Gyllenhammar.
