The Board of Brady, the natural resources focused investment company, was informed on 22 April 2013 that, following the purchase of 200,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 April 2013 at a price of 1.10 pence per Ordinary Share, Charles Hall has a beneficial interest in 3,200,000 Ordinary Shares representing 5.17 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
