The Board of Brady, the natural resources focused investment company, was informed today that following the conversion of 3,559,475 warrants into the same number of ordinary shares of 1p each ("Shares") in the Company on 30 October 2012, Paul Francis Jackson has a beneficial interest in 7,293,950 Shares in Brady, equivalent to 11.78% of the total issued share capital of Brady.
