Focus Solutions Group plc, (AIM: FSG), a leading provider of multi-channel distribution software to the global financial services industry, announces that on 2 December 2010 it was informed that Liontrust Investment Partners LLP, on 1 December 2010, bought 15,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in Focus, bringing their total number of shares to 3,614,354 and their total voting rights to 12.03%.
