Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification from Setanta Asset Management Limited of an increase in its shareholding in the Company. Following the acquisition of 507,885 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, Setanta Asset Management Limited is now the holder of 9,118,266 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 7.3% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
