The Board of RHM was today informed that on 22 February 2013, Yong Ah Pee purchased 75,269 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. Following this transaction, Yong Ah Pee now has a total beneficial interest in 2,823,730 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 6.88% of RHM's total issued share capital.
