On 16 March 2009, LMS Capital plc ("the Company") received the following notification:

Jupiter Asset Management had a position of 14,817,277 ordinary shares transferred into its management. These shares are managed on behalf of The Rayne Foundation.

Accordingly, Jupiter Asset Management has a total indirect interest over the voting rights of 15,007,547 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company, being 5.505%.
