Chariot Oil & Gas Limited was notified on 18th June 2010 that Libra Advisors LLC has an interest in 5,447,696 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.8% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. The shares are held by the following entities to which Libra Advisors LLC acts as investment advisor:

o Libra Fund LP has a beneficial interest in 4,641,571 ordinary shares

o Libra Offshore Master Fund LP has a beneficial interest in 806,125 ordinary shares
