Last day for processing requests by ordinary shareholders to convert ordinary shares into CDIs before the record date for the 2011 interim dividend | 25 August (London time) |
Last day for processing requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares before the record date for the 2011 interim dividend | 26 August(Sydney time) |
CDIs begin trading on the ASX on an ex-dividend basis | 29 August |
Ordinary shares begin trading on the LSE on an ex-dividend basis | 31 August |
Record Date for the 2011 interim dividend | 2 September |
Processing recommences for requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares or by ordinary shareholders to convert ordinary shares into CDIs | 5 September |
Dividend payment date | 23 September |
Interim Management Statement | 2 November |
