Henderson Group wishes to advise the following key dates in the first half of 2014:

Henderson Group 2014 Annual General Meeting | 1 May |
Last day for processing requests by ordinary shareholders to convert ordinary shares into CDIs before the record date for the 2013 Final Dividend | 1 May (London time) |
Last day for processing requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares before the record date for the 2013 Final Dividend | 2 May(Sydney time) |
CDIs begin trading on the ASX on an ex-dividend basis | 7 May |
Ordinary shares begin trading on the LSE on an ex-dividend basis | 7 May |
Record Date for the 2013 Final Dividend | 9 May |
Processing recommences for requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares or by ordinary shareholders to convert ordinary shares into CDIs | 12 May |
Dividend payment date (subject to shareholder approval at the 2014 Annual General Meeting) | 30 May |
