("DCI" or the "Company")

Following the announcement by Hallmark Investors Ltd ("Hallmark") on 29 September 2009 of a tender offer to purchase up to 120,000,000 Common Shares in the Company ("Tender Offer"), Hallmark has confirmed that it has today posted a Tender Offer circular to shareholders. 

The Board of Dolphin (excluding Miltos Kambourides) (the "Independent Directors") are in discussions with certain of the principals of Hallmark with regard to their intentions.

Shareholders are advised to take no action in respect of the Tender Offer until the Independent Directors have made a further announcement.
