HALF-YEAR RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2024

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce its Half-Year results for the six months ended 30 June 2024.

As at 30 June 2024:

Net assets: £91.38 million

Net asset value per share: 56.26pence

Financial Highlights

Results for the six months ended 30 June 2024

· There was a positive Net asset value ("NAV") total return1 per share of 3.1%.

· The Board declared an interim dividend in respect of the current year of 4.00 pence per share, which was paid to Shareholders on 31 May 2024. Payment of this dividend increased cumulative dividends paid1 since inception in 2004 to 170.30 pence per share.

· The Company made two new investments totalling £1.55 million and four follow-on investments of £2.48 million.

· Net unrealised gains in the period were £3.34 million.

· The Company received proceeds from investments totalling £3.49 million.
