Publication announcement of unaudited financial statements for 6 months ending 31 March 2020

In accordance with the terms of the base prospectus dated 28th September 2018, the latest unaudited half-year financial statements are now available on the heylo website http://heylohousing.com/heylo-housing-group-retail-bond.

The company has continued make progress in the last 6 months and as of today, 95% of the Company's property portfolio is occupied and yielding. Once all properties in the portfolio are occupied and yielding, we anticipate that the annual rent roll will be ca. £ 560,000 i.e. >2x the annual bond payments. Further rent collections have remained strong notwithstanding the disruptions caused by the on-going pandemic.
