Torex Retail PLC27 September 2006 Torex Retail Plc ("the Company") Grant of Options On 25 September 2006 the Board of the Company granted options over ordinaryshares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an option price of 40.5p per OrdinaryShare being the closing price for Ordinary Shares as at 22 September 2006 to 117of the Company's employees in line with prior arrangements.
