Grant of Share Options
Alkane Energy plc announces that on 20 September 2012, share options were granted under the Alkane Energy plc Employee Share Option Plan.
Options over a total of 948,400 ordinary shares of 0.5p each were made to a range of employees. The options were granted at an exercise price of 20.25p per share, and are exercisable for a seven year period commencing on 20 September 2015.
No options were granted to directors or PDMRs.
