Grant of Share Options
Tower Resources plc ('Tower'), LN: TRP, the AIM listed oil and gas exploration company, announces that it has issued 4 million options to Andrew Matharu who has joined the Company today as Vice President Corporate Affairs as announced on 7 March 2013. The options have an exercise price of 2.10p per share, will vest in three equal tranches 12, 24 and 36 months respectively after issue and will all expire if not previously exercised on the fifth anniversary of their issue.
