Ensor Holdings PLC Grant of options Ensor Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that the Company granted optionsover 200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each on 10 July 2007 to Paul Parnham, theChief Executive, under the Company's existing EMI Scheme. The options are exercisable after one year from the date of grant at a price of 25p per share. Mr Parnham does not currently hold any ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company.
