Grant of Options
Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the AIM listed network security company, announces that on 4 January 2019, options were granted over a total of 750,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to Peter George ("Options"), a Non-Executive Director of the Company who was, as announced on 3 January 2019, appointed to the Corero Board.
The Options granted under the terms of the Corero Unapproved Share Option Plan, carry an exercise price of 11.25 pence per Ordinary Share, which equates to the closing mid-market price of an Ordinary Share on 3 January 2019, and vest in equal proportions on the first, second and third anniversaries of being granted. Any new Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the Options may not be sold or otherwise transferred until the second anniversary of the date of being granted.
