Grant of options

The Board of Savile Group plc ("Savile" or the "Company") announces that thefollowing options have been granted to Lucinda Jane Mahoney, a Director of theCompany on 1 July 2008:DirectorsName Number of Exercise Per cent. of present issued options price share capital represented granted (pence) by options held by director Lucinda Jane Mahoney 140,000 27.5p 0.96%

Options granted to Directors may only be exercised if performance conditions are satisfied. The options may be exercised between 30 June 2011 and 30 June 2018.

In aggregate 2,761,111 options, representing 18.85% of the Company's present issued share capital, have been granted to staff.

The issued share capital of the Company is 14,650,146 ordinary shares.
