Grant of options
23 December 2013 - Deltex Medical Group plc (the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that the Board has approved the issue of share options to Ewan Phillips, Chief Executive.
EMI scheme
The Company's 2013 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme ('EMI Scheme') allows directors and employees who have accrued salary to sacrifice their entitlement to cash payment in return for share options at nominal value.
Ewan Phillips has elected to sacrifice his entitlement to £15,000 of salary in respect of the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013.
