Savile Group plc Grant of options

The Board of Savile Group plc ("Savile" or the "Company") announces that the following options have been granted to certain Directors of the Company on 25 September 2008:

Options granted to Directors may only be exercised if performance conditions are satisfied. The options may be exercised between 25 September 2011 and 25 September 2018.

In aggregate 2,814,225 options, representing 19.2% of the Company's present issued share capital have been granted to staff.
