Plexus Holdings Plc21 June 2007 21 June 2007 Plexus Holdings plc ("the Company") Directors and employees grant of options On 20 June 2007 the Company granted an award of share options under the 2005Share Option Scheme ("the Scheme") to each of the following Directors to acquireordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a strike price of 38.5pper share up to the maximum number detailed below: Maximum total number of Shares over which options/ awards held under the 2005 Name of Director Maximum number of Shares Share Option Scheme following subject to the award notification (including this award) Ben van Bilderbeek 197,727 689,252Graham Stevens 129,545 451,579Craig Hendrie 129,545 451,579 In addition, on the same date the Company granted awards of share options underthe Scheme to employees of the Group to acquire a maximum total number of891,578 Shares at the same strike price of 38.5p per share.
