GPE appoints non-executive director

Great Portland Estates plc appoints non-executive directorGreat Portland Estates plc (GPE) today announces that Richard Mully has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 December 2016.Mr Mully, Non-Executive Director at Aberdeen Asset Management, Senior Independent Director at St Modwen Properties and member of the Supervisory Board of Alstria Office REIT-AG, was previously Senior Independent Director at both ISG and Hansteen Holdings.

Commenting on the appointment, GPE Chairman Martin Scicluna said "We are delighted to welcome Richard to GPE's Board with his significant non-executive and property experience"

There is no further disclosure required in relation to Mr Mully pursuant to Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.
