The Company announced on 2 July 2009, that Gerald Raingold, having served his initial three year term, had stated his intention to step down as a director of the Company. The Board is now delighted to announce that Mr. Raingold, following the Company's announcement earlier today, has decided to stay on as a non-executive director of the Company until further notice.
