General Meeting Results

Roxi is pleased to announce that at the General Meeting of shareholders held today all resolutions were duly passed.

The proposed merger in respect of the Company's Eragon assets remains subject to certain conditions precedent, including receipt of approval from the appropriate Kazakh authorities. A further announcement regarding the remaining conditions precedent will be made in due course.

As a result of Resolution 5 being passed the Company's name will change to Caspian Sunrise PLC. This change will become effective on 28 March 2017 and the Company's AIM symbol will change to CASP.
