General Meeting and Sale Process Update

Further to the announcement made on 11 September 2017, MBL announces that it has today posted to shareholders three further documents:

· Shareholder statement made on behalf of Keith Staton in connection with the resolution to be considered at the requisitioned general meeting of the Company to be held on 28 September 2017;

· Sale process update letter in connection with the Company's strategy by the Chairman; and

· Replacement pages for pages 26 and 37 of the 2017 Annual Report and Accounts that contained some minor disclosure errors. Shareholders should be aware that these are disclosure errors in the notes to the accounts only and do not affect profits or the audit sign-off. The RNS released on 21 August 2017 is correct and an updated version of the entire 2017 accounts has been uploaded to the website.
