Further to the Company's announcement dated 8 September 2020, the Company notifies that, at its general meeting held at 2.00 p.m. today, the Company's 2019 financial statements were duly laid before shareholders as required by the Companies Act. No resolutions were required to be put to shareholders and, accordingly, no resolutions were voted on.
As previously announced, the Company's 2019 Annual Report is available to be viewed on, or downloaded from, the Company's corporate website at www.eddiestobart.com
