Further to the announcement of the £1.35 million Fundraising and Debt Restructuring dated 2 February 2011 (the "Fundraising Announcement"), the Company announces that Admission and completion of the Fundraising is now expected to occur on 14 February 2011.

Terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Fundraising Announcement.
