Further re Disposal of Sure-Track Europe Limited

9 October 2012 Suretrack Monitoring plc ("Suretrack" or the "Company") First Court Hearing

Further to the announcement made on 16 February 2012 regarding the disposal of Sure-Track Europe Limited ("Sure-Track Europe"), Suretrack Monitoring plc announces that the first court hearing relating to the capital reorganisation, which is required to allow the Company to exercise the call option over the 117,538,809 ordinary shares held by the purchasers of Sure-Track Europe, was concluded yesterday.
