Further to the announcement made on 16 July 2008 (RNS number: 2409Z), Dr John Bridge has voting interests in 52,541 shares representing 0.01 % of the company's current issued share capital.

The full amended text should read as follows:

"The Company has been informed that Dr John Neville Bridge, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 14.75 pence per share on 14 July 2008. Following this transaction Dr Bridge has voting interests in 52,541 shares representing 0.01% of the Company's current issued share capital."
