UPDATE ON ANNULMENT APPLICATION AND PROVISIONAL STAY OF AWARD

Further to the announcement of 4 April 2017, the Directors of Churchill Mining plc (AIM: CHL) ("the Company") advise that the ICSID Secretary-General has written to the Company advising that:

I. she registered the Company's Annulment Application on 11 April 2017;

II. she will request the Chairman of the Administrative Council of ICSID to appoint an ad hoc Committee to consider the Annulment Application; and that

III. enforcement of the Award has been provisionally stayed.
