Further patent filings in the UK, US, and other countries

On 8 June 2012, Motive Television PLC announced that its subsidiary, Motive Television SL, has been granted a patent in Spain for the placement of dynamic advertising during the reproduction of audiovisual content.

Today the Company announces that it has progressed with its patent application entitled "PROCEDIMIENTO DE REPRODUCCION DINAMICA DE CONTENIDOS EN EMISIONES EN ENTORNOS "PUSH"" which translates as "Method of dynamic reproduction of contents in PUSH environments". This application is currently leaving PCT stage, and has now been filed in the United States and Turkey, as well as in the United Kingdom and the rest of the European Union. The Company intends to further extend this patent to additional countries in the future.

The Company believes that this new invention allows Motive to deliver a more effective means of generating advertising revenue for its customers, and in so doing, helps to strengthen Motive's position as a provider of revenue generating products.
