BETTER CAPITAL PCC LIMITED 2012 Cell

The Board of Better Capital PCC Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that BECAP12 Fund LP (the "2012 Fund") has provided further funding to BECAP Jaeger (UK) Limited ("Jaeger"), a holding company of the Jaeger group of companies.

In line with the intent stated earlier in the year, the 2012 Fund has provided a further £8.5 million to Jaeger to fund working capital, continuing IT and website improvements as well as routine store refurbishments. This brings total new investment in Jaeger's current financial year (28 February 2015) to £16.0 million, with the overall investment by the 2012 Fund to £56.0 million.

Year-to-date sales to 13 September 2014 (Week 28) were 6 per cent. better than prior year with like-for-like sales 7 per cent. stronger. Margins have remained broadly flat over the same period.
